1. Nature of Services

Wellness Mania offers:

  • Event bookings

  • Fitness workshops

  • Special training programs

  • Wellness camps

  • Membership-based activities

As these are service-based bookings, the refund terms differ from physical product returns.

2. Event Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be eligible for partial refund (after deducting administrative charges).

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are generally non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific event terms mentioned at the time of booking.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of personal schedule

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Late arrival

  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference

  • Failure to meet physical eligibility requirements

4. Event Cancellation by Wellness Mania

If an event is:

  • Cancelled by us, or

  • Rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances

Participants will be offered:

  • A full refund, OR

  • The option to transfer the booking to another available event

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Transaction convenience fees (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

6. Transfer of Booking

In certain cases, we may allow:

  • Transfer of booking to another person (prior approval required)

  • Credit note for future events (valid for a limited period)

Such transfers are subject to management approval.
