Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises of Joseph Pilates. These are absolute floor exercises from beginners to advanced level.
Apparatus Pilates
Apparatus pilates was designed to help accelerate the process of stretching, strengthening, body alignment and increased core strength started by the Mat work. There are different pieces of apparatus that we use in our studio: The Reformer, Chair , Tower, Barrel, Cadillac etc.
Sports Training
Sports training is a special process of preparation of sports persons based on scientific principles aimed at improving and maintaining higher performance capacity in different sports activities. It is a particular type of training designed to improve fitness and abilities to perform in a given sport.
Kick Boxing
Regular kickboxing training helps to increase lean muscle mass, especially in the arms, shoulders, chest, and legs, resulting in a more defined and toned appearance. The repetitive nature of striking and kicking movements places controlled resistance on the muscles, encouraging growth and improved muscular endurance
